Connect payouts (once per organizer)

On your event page, find the Payouts card. Tick the box agreeing to the Organizer Payout Terms and press Set up payouts. Stripe collects your bank details and identity; when it finishes you see Payouts active. Until then the card may say your details are under review, with Refresh status and Finish setup.

Payouts belong to the event owner. Co-organizers can manage the event but the owner's account is what gets paid.

Price the divisions

In Registration pricing, choose a Pricing model. Per division: players pick divisions and pay the total; give each division an Entry fee and, optionally, a lower Additional fee for players entering more than one. Flat (one fee): one Event price covers every division a player enters. Tick Accept offline payment if you also take Venmo, Zelle or cash. Press Save pricing.

Add discount codes

In Discount codes, enter a Code (it is upper-cased for you), pick % off or $ off, a Value and an optional Max uses, then press Add code. Each code shows how many times it has been used, and the delete icon retires it.

Track offline payments

Players who chose to reserve appear under Awaiting offline payment with the amount owed. When they pay you, press Mark paid. Their pill in the who's-going list switches from Owes to Paid.

Refunds and replacements

Cancellations 24 hours or more before the start are refunded 90% automatically. Inside 24 hours the fee is forfeited, but you can move the spot: press the reassign icon next to the player, enter the Replacement's email and Reassign spot. The divisions and payment move with it.

The replacement must have signed in to MyPickleball at least once.

Handing an event to someone else

Under Transfer ownership, enter the new owner's email and press Transfer. They become the payee for future registrations and you stay on as a co-organizer.
