Create your first tournament

A tournament is an event page players register on, with one or more divisions (brackets) attached. You can have the whole thing live in about two minutes.

    Start from the Tournaments page

    Sign in, open Tournaments and press New tournament. Anyone signed in can create one; you get the Organizer role automatically, which also adds Dashboard to your top bar.

    Describe the event

    Fill in the Event name, Type (Tournament, League, Clinic or Social), Skill level, the start and end dates and times, and the Location (start typing and pick a suggestion; this is what puts your event on its city page). Upload a Flyer image or paste an Instagram post link and we use the post's photo. Set a Price (USD) and Capacity (0 means unlimited) and write a Description.

    Flyers can be a JPG or PNG up to 8 MB, or an MP4/WebM video up to 50 MB.

    Set up the first division at the same time

    For Tournament and League types, Set up the tournament now is ticked by default. Choose the Format, the Division (Open, Men's, Women's or Mixed), the number of Courts, Game to and Win by. Tick Submit results to DUPR if the games should count, and pick the club. Press Create event & tournament.

    Your event is live

    You land on the new division's page; the event page is published and public right away. Back on the event page, the Manage event panel lets you set the Status, add a Live stream URL, change the Cover image, invite Co-organizers by email, and add more divisions with Create tournament or attach one you already own.

    Edit tournament changes details; Duplicate copies the event and its divisions (without players or payment settings) so you can reuse a setup next month.
