Manage registrations and game day
Who is in, who still owes, who is coming to help, and a QR code that checks players in for you.
- 1
Who's going
The card on the right of your event page lists every registered player with their division chips and a Paid or Owes pill, a numbered Waitlist for events without divisions, and how many spectators pressed Interested. Each player has two icon buttons: reassign the spot to another email, or cancel their registration (any eligible refund goes out automatically).
Every player gets a confirmation email when their registration completes.

Bring in co-organizers
In Manage event, enter a teammate's email under Co-organizers and press Invite. They can edit the event, manage players and run the brackets. The list shows who has joined and who is still invited.
- 3
Check players in
Press Manage check-in on the event page, or Check-in on your Dashboard card. The page shows a QR code that players scan to check themselves in, a Checked in counter, and the roster with a toggle per player that reads Check in or In. Tap it yourself for anyone who walks up without a phone.
Put the QR code on a tablet at the registration table and the queue takes care of itself.

Your Dashboard
Dashboard lists every event you own or co-organize under Upcoming and Completed, with registrations, how many are awaiting payment, whether payouts are active, and the divisions. Each card has Manage, Check-in, Edit and Duplicate. Brackets that are not attached to an event sit under Standalone brackets.

Closing out
Set the event's Status to Completed when it is over, or Cancelled to stop new registrations (refunds are still up to you). Tick cards on the Dashboard to Archive or Delete several at once; deleting an event removes its registrations and discount codes but keeps the brackets.
