mypickleball.app (operated by mypickleball.app LLC, a Florida limited liability company) is a SaaS platform and digital agency providing tournament management, player management, DUPR integration, analytics, and digital solutions for the pickleball industry. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information. By using our services, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: If you log in via Google, GitHub, or DUPR, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. If you use paid services, we may collect billing information.
  • Event and Usage Data: Details about tournaments, events, player profiles, match results, and how you use our platform and features (including DUPR integration).
  • Technical and Analytics Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, usage patterns, and analytics data to improve our services.
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support, feedback, or inquiries.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our SaaS platform, features, and digital solutions.
  • Enable tournament management, player management, DUPR integration, analytics, and other platform features.
  • Communicate with users regarding updates, support, or issues.
  • Analyze usage to improve our offerings and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third parties only in the following scenarios:

  • Service Providers & Integrations: For hosting, data storage, analytics, payment processing, DUPR API integration, or other technical services necessary to operate our platform.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or to protect our legal rights or the rights of others.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as permitted by law.

5. Connected Social Accounts (Instagram & Facebook)

Organizers can connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page to MyPickleball through Meta’s official login and APIs. When you do, we store the account id, username, profile picture, an encrypted access token, and the permissions you granted. We use these only to publish the posts you approve, to read the insights (reach, likes, comments, saves, shares, follower counts) of posts published through MyPickleball, and to read and reply to comments left on those posts. Comment text and the commenter’s username are stored so our AI assistant can draft a reply for you to approve or, if you turn on automatic replies, post on your behalf; such replies are limited to your own posts and never sell, follow, or message anyone. We do not read your direct messages, do not follow or unfollow accounts, do not act on other people’s posts, and never sell or share this data with third parties other than the AI provider that drafts text and the hosting providers that run the service. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Content Studio, which deletes the stored token; comment and insight records are deleted on request via our data deletion page. We do not use this data to train models.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or request data portability. Please contact us at support@mypickleball.app to exercise these rights. We will respond as required by applicable law. Step-by-step deletion instructions, including for data received from Facebook or Instagram, are on our data deletion page.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
