Welcome to mypickleball.app, operated by mypickleball.app LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our digital agency services, SaaS platform, and tournament management tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

mypickleball.app is a digital agency and SaaS platform for the pickleball industry, providing:

Pickleball tournament generator and management tools
Player management, statistics, and analytics
Official DUPR API integration for player ratings and match logging
UI/UX design, consulting, video production, and photography
Custom digital solutions for organizers, academies, facilities, and brands
Professional support for pickleball businesses and communities

3. User Accounts

3.1 Optional Login: You may use certain features without an account. Logging in via Google, GitHub, or DUPR is required to save events, settings, or log scores. DUPR login is required for official match logging and rating updates.

3.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old and, if logging scores to DUPR, a recognized organizer or director of a pickleball club or event.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use the App and services only for their intended purpose.
Not abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the App or platform.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respect the rights of other users and third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App and platform are the property of mypickleball.app LLC unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Trademarks and logos (including DUPR) are property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

The App or platform will always be available or error-free.
The accuracy of player data retrieved from external services like DUPR.
That your use will result in any specific outcome or benefit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mypickleball.app LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App or platform, including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or disruptions to events. Use of third-party integrations (such as DUPR) is at your own risk.

8. Privacy Policy

By using the App and platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we handle your information.

9. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Data

By using features that connect with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, you agree that we may access and use your data from those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms. This may include your name, profile picture, email address, and other information you permit us to access. We use this data solely to provide and improve our services and do not share or sell it to third parties except as required to provide our services or by law. You must review and accept our Privacy Policy before using these features.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App or platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
